Due to its high initial tack and fast cure time, 540 Seal more is particularly suitable for bonds expected to undergo heavy stress and strain on waterborne vessels. Thanks to its excellent elasticity, the material absorbs movements and is resistant to vibration. Its compatibility with an extraordinary variety of different materials allows for a wide range of applications, such as bonding mirrors in cabins. Unlike silicone, 540 Seal More can be painted over with commercially available paints. In addition, the high-performance adhesive is shrinkage-free and weather-proof. It’s odourless and isocyanate-free, too, meaning it can be used indoors.
