It is a specially developed, intumescent, flame-retardant, hybrid-based material. The silicone-free sealant bonds to a variety of different materials, meaning it is an ideal option to use on perimeter joints and seals in fire safety applications. 325 Brandschutz Hybrid can also be used to seal doors and windows indoors thanks to its low-emitting, odourless formulation. Making it extra-easy to use, the sealant hardens with minimal shrinkage and is immediately waterproof. And naturally, 325 Brandschutz Hybrid can also withstand stress and strain from UV radiation and extreme weather conditions.
