The new Simplex surface nozzle is an innovative tool that perfectly combines efficiency, ergonomics and sustainability. Developed for professional use, it enables clean, fast and precise application of surface adhesive – while reducing material consumption and improving work results.
Easy to use – precise in application:
The Simplex nozzle is mounted directly on the film bag press via a distributor head. Thanks to its tool-free plug-in system, it can be attached flexibly and quickly, making daily work on the construction site much easier.
Ergonomic and efficient:
The Simplex nozzle is factory-preset so that the correct amount of adhesive always reaches the respective nozzle openings, depending on the working width. The result is optimum adhesive distribution with a consumption of 800 to 1000 g/m², which not only saves time but also optimises material usage.
The Simplex system in detail:
• U-shaped distributor head: A robust metal attachment, specially developed for the film bag press, enables controlled and safe application of the adhesive and ensures correct positioning during use.
• Connecting piece (without union nut): This ensures a direct connection to the film bag press. Depending on the type of foil bag being processed, there are different head designs available.
• Secure connection with 4 hooks: Four sturdy hooks ensure a firm and reliable lock between the U-shaped head and the Simplex flat nozzle.
• Simplex surface nozzle: The patented surface nozzle ensures even and controlled distribution of the adhesive thanks to its special shape. The nozzle openings are designed so that the same amount of adhesive is always applied, even with larger working widths. Thanks to the practical click system, the nozzle can be replaced quickly and without tools once the work is done.
